MONTBLANC WRITERS EDITION HOMAGE TO BROTHERS GRIMM LIMITED EDITION ROLLERBALL PEN

Once upon a time there was… The Montblanc Writers Edition homage to the Brothers Grimm, dedicated to Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm and celebrates their work of collection and reworking of German and European folk tales, including some of the most famous fairy tales such as Snow White, Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty. The overall silhouette of the pen takes the shape of an ancient mountain stick and its black colour evokes the darkness of the forests, the usual backdrop of the Brothers Grimm' fairy tales. Furthermore, the wave pattern on the body and hood is inspired by Rapunzel's hair and also evokes the shape of tree roots, a reference to the fact that the Brothers Grimm saw their linguistic work as a search related to roots. The cap is crowned by the Montblanc emblem in precious resin. The platinum-coated clip, inspired by a knotty piece of wood, surprisingly reveals the profile silhouette of the Brothers Grimm when rotated.
